Item 5.02. Retirement of Registrant's President
On October 20, 2015, Michael P. Devine, the Vice Chairman of the Board and President of both the Registrant and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh (the "Bank"), announced his retirement as President effective December 31, 2015. Mr. Devine will continue to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of both the Registrant and the Bank subsequent to his retirement as President.
A copy of the news release announcing Mr. Devine's retirement as President is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
