On October 20, 2015, Greatbatch, Inc. issued a press release announcing the pricing of an offering by its wholly-owned subsidiary Greatbatch Ltd. of $360 million aggregate principal amount of 9.125% senior notes due 2023. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
