On October 16, 2015, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the "Corporation"), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. (the "Bank"), announced the promotion of Michael S. Keim to President of the Bank and to serve as a director of the Bank. Mr. Keim will remain Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and the Bank until a replacement is identified.
