Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 13, 2015 Ceetop Inc. decided to cease operations of its subsidiary Hangzhou Tuoyin Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (“Hangzhou Tuoyin”) and to terminate the corporate existence of Hangzhou Tuoyin.
