Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

       Effective as of October 9, 2015, Central Federal Corporation (“CFC”) announced that Thad R. Perry is no longer serving as President of CFC and/or its wholly-owned subsidiary, CFBank.  As of that date, the title and responsibilities of President of CFC and CFBank were assumed by Timothy T. O’Dell, who will continue to also serve as Chief Executive Officer of CFC and CFBank.
