Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc. (which is referred to below as the “Company”) is filing this report in accordance with Items 8.01 and 9.01 of Form 8-K.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 16, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing it plans to report financial results for the third quarter of 2015 after the market closes on Thursday, November 5, 2015, and host a conference call for investors and interested parties on Friday, November 6, 2015, at 10:00 AM ET, to discuss the results.
A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
