On October 14, 2015, Michelle L. Alltop informed MW Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign from her positions as Corporate Secretary of the Company and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the Company’s subsidiary, Watch Hill Bank (formerly known as Mt. Washington Savings Bank). Ms. Alltop’s resignation will be effective November 6, 2015, and she intends to remain with the Company through that date.
