On October 14, 2015, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with Grupo Ferrer Internacional, SA, provided an update on the commercial activities related to ADASUVE® inhalation powder, pre-dispensed (Staccato® loxapine) in the European Union and Latin America. This press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
