ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On October 12, 2015, FMC Corporation issued a press release announcing an update to the third quarter and full year outlooks. The expectations included within the press release are subject to change as FMC Corporation is in the process of finalizing its financial statements for the third quarter.
