Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 12, 2015, Amedica Corporation issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a joint development agreement with Worthington dental technology to provide access to the Company’s silicon nitride technology platform to develop, prototype and manufacture the patented Worthington dental implant system. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
