RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

On October 8, 2015, Ruby Tuesday, Inc., a Georgia corporation, (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 1, 2015.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
