Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 8, 2015, John J. Theiler, Vice President of Peoples Financial Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of The Peoples Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Financial Corporation, terminated his employment with the companies to pursue another opportunity. At this time, his duties will be reassigned to other officers of the companies.
