Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 8, 2015, NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other items, that third quarter sales of the Company’s prescription daily lid and lash hygiene product Avenova™ are expected to reach more than $1 million. The Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
