Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
Today, October 8, 2015, the Registrant is issuing a press release (furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report) announcing the approval of certain restructuring actions related to the Company’s lower margin international operations, and providing a preliminary update of its Q4 financial results compared to its August 2015 guidance. See Item 7.01, Regulation FD Disclosure, below.

Today, October 8, 2015, the Registrant is issuing a press release (furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report) announcing the approval of certain restructuring actions related to the Company’s lower margin international operations, and providing a preliminary update of its Q4 financial results compared to its August 2015 guidance. The press release will also be posted on the Registrant’s web site located at http://www.escotechnologies.com and can be viewed through the “Investor Relations” page of the web site under the tab “Press Releases”; however, the Registrant reserves the right to discontinue that availability at any time.
