(b) On October 6, 2015, Alcoa Inc. (“Alcoa”) announced that Roy C. Harvey is appointed Executive Vice President – Alcoa and Group President, Global Primary Products (“GPP”), succeeding Robert G. Wilt in that position, effective October 6, 2015.
Mr. Harvey, who joined Alcoa in 2002, has been Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability of Alcoa since June 2014. Before that, he held a variety of operating and financial positions at Alcoa, including serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of GPP; Director, Investor Relations; and Director, Corporate Treasury.
