Effective September 25, 2015, the Board of Directors of Bone Biologics Corporation appointed Dr. Ben Wu to the Board of Directors to serve as a director with a term to expire until such time as his successor is duly elected. Dr. Ben Wu, M.D. is a founder and has served as a member of the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board since 2005.
