As previously announced, from October 1-2, 2015, Autoliv, Inc. (“Autoliv”) is hosting its Capital Markets Day event in Gothenburg, Sweden. Autoliv published today certain financial and other information that will be presented by members of Autoliv’s management at the event.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Materials for each of the presentations will be available on the day of each respective presentation on our website at www.autoliv.com, and audio replay of each Capital Markets Day presentation will also be available on our website and made available for one year following the presentation.
