5.02(b): On September 28, 2015, Mr. Gregory R. Andrews, notified Ramco Gershenson Properties Trust (the Company) of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company, effective October 16, 2015.
On September 28, 2015, the Company issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
