On September 28, 2015, Joyce Soo Li Lam, resigned from her position as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), effective on October 3, 2015. The Company appointed Jonathan H. Chou as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer effective on October 4, 2015, a role he previously held from December 2010 to June 2014. Mr. Chou will also continue to serve in his current role as the Company's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer.
