On September 28, 2015, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of John V. Winfield as a member and as Chairman of the Board, effective September 28, 2015.
On September 28, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the changes to the Board, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
