On September 25, 2015, Lumentum Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release advising the market that the Company inadvertently filed a preliminary draft of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 27, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
