ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On September 25, 2015, the Company issued a press release, discussing revised earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2015. The press release additionally discusses a share repurchase authorization, which was approved by the Board of Directors on September 24, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
The press release is being furnished pursuant to item 8.01 and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liability of that section.
