Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 25, 2015, FitLife Brands, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the exchange ratio for the proposed merger with iSatori, Inc. ("iSatori"). A special meeting of the shareholders of iSatori will be held on September 29, 2015 to approve the proposed merger of the Company and iSatori. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
