Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 22, 2015, Dataram Corporation (the “Company”) was informed by The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) that the Company had regained compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market, and the previously scheduled hearing before the Hearings panel was not required. The Company’s securities will continue to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market and the listing qualifications deficiency previously disclosed by the Company has been removed. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
