Item 5.02 – Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On August 6, 2015, Glenn Jarrett, the Company’s vice president and director, resigned from all positions with the Company.
On August 28, 2015, Ronda Robertson, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, resigned from all positions with the Company.
