(b) On September 21, 2015, Ann K. Newhall informed the Chairman of the Boards of Directors (the “Boards”) of Alliant Energy Corporation, Interstate Power and Light Company and Wisconsin Power and Light Company that she will resign from the Boards of each of the companies effective September 24, 2015.
