A Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter from 1984 until 2000, Mr. Lee ran several units of Dean Witter’s Investment Bank including the M&A Group. Mr. Lee serves on several boards, including SL Investment Management, a UK based, and FSA licensed investment manager, Springs Industries, and Springs Window Fashions. Mr. Lee is also on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest Schools of Business, and was its former Chairman. Mr .
