On September 22, 2015, GigOptix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on September 21, 2015, the Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Terasquare Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close in the beginning of the Company’s fourth quarter of 2015. The Company’s press release is filed with this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
