ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On September 18, 2015, Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (NAI), issued a press release announcing that it has filed a lawsuit against Creative Compounds Inc. to stop them from intentionally and improperly trying to mislead NAI's actual and potential customers and wrongfully interfering with NAI's CarnoSyn® beta-alanine business. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
