On September 18, 2015, Orville Aarons resigned from his position as a director of Naugatuck Valley Financial Corporation (the “Company”) and its subsidiary Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan, effective immediately. Mr. Aarons informed the Company that he was resigning in connection with his acceptance of the position of President and a director of Catskill Hudson Bank, and not as a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
