Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 15, 2015, Earl R. Fonville tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, to be effective October 2, 2015. Mr. Fonville’s duties and responsibilities as the Registrant’s principal financial officer will be assumed by the Registrant’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael J. McClure effective October 2, 2015.
