Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 15, 2015, Meetinghouse Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its previously reported plan to repurchase of up to 7,669 shares of its outstanding common stock. The Company repurchased all 7,669 shares at a price of $14.50 per share. As a result of the repurchases the Company has 661,250 shares of common stock outstanding as of the date hereof.
