On September 16, 2015, Synthesis Energy Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing the financial results for its fiscal year and fiscal fourth quarter ended June 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
