Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure On September 16, 2015 we issued a news release disclosing the upcoming retirement of Mary Todd Peterson, the President of the Medmarc Insurance Group (Medmarc); she will retire effective December 31, 2015. Medmarc is ProAssurance’s subsidiary providing products liability insurance for medical technology, life sciences products, and clinical trials, along with professional liability insurance for attorneys. The text of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8K.
