Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective at the market opening on September 16, 2015, the name and trading symbol of the Registrant’s common stock was changed to BioHiTech Global, Inc. and “BHTG”, respectively”
On September 16, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the change of its name and trading symbol. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
