Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 16, 2015, Ascena Retail Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing material non-public information regarding its results of operations for its fiscal fourth quarter ended July 25, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
