Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 15, 2015, Vanda Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Vanda”) issued a press release announcing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s acceptance for review of Vanda’s filing of a supplemental New Drug Application for Fanapt® as a maintenance treatment of schizophrenia in adults. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
