Item 8.01. Other Events.

On September 14, 2015, Remy International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) including certain supplemental disclosures to the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on August 18, 2015 (the “Definitive Proxy Statement”). This Form 8-K/A is being filed solely to amend the first row of the chart appearing at the top of page 5 of the Original 8-K to include a number that was inadvertently omitted.
