ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD.
On September 14, 2015, Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco"), revised the presentation Aimco representatives will distribute during meetings with investors on September 16-17, 2015, to correct an error on page 4 of the presentation. The error related to July 2015 results included in the chart titled “Same Store Rental Rates”. A revised copy of the presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
