(b) On August 28, 2015, Trent Woloveck notified the Registrant of his resignation as Registrant’s Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Woloveck concluded his last interim transitional duties for the Registrant on September 1, 2015. Mr. Woloveck’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operation, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
