Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(a) On September 8, 2015, Marshall I. Goldman, Ph.D. retired from his position as Director of Century Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”).
On September 9, 2015, the Company issued a press release relating to the above matter. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
