On September 8, 2015, EP Energy Corporation (the “Company”) posted an updated investor presentation to its website.  The presentation includes an increase in the Company’s Wolfcamp type curve estimated ultimate recovery (EUR) and well economics.  Members of management intend to rely on all or part of this presentation in discussions with investors at the Barclays Capital CEO Energy-Power Conference on September 8-9, 2015.  A copy of the relevant slide deck is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and may also be accessed at www.epenergy.com.
