Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective September 1, 2015, Terry W. Carter resigned from his positions as PostRock Energy Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a director of PostRock.
On September 1, 2015, the Board of Directors of PostRock elected Clark Edwards as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of PostRock, as well as a director to take Mr. Carter’s seat on the Board. Mr. Edwards has served as PostRock's Vice President of Operations since February 2012. Previously, he served as PostRock’s Director of Midcontinent Field Operations beginning in December 2010 and in various other company roles for PostRock’s predecessor entities from August 2007 to December 2010. Mr. Edwards holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
