ITEM 7.01 — REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On September 3, 2015, EZCORP, Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of (1) the acquisition of 13 pawn stores in Arizona and Oregon and (2) the acquisition of an additional 18% interest in Prestaciones Finmart, S.A.P.I. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R. (“Grupo Finmart”). A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
