Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 27, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (the “Company”) awarded to David Blumberg, Executive Vice President - Head of Strategic Development of the Company, a cash bonus of $300,000, $175,000 of which was related to his 2014 performance and $125,000 of which was for his service as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
