Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 28, 2015, DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
