Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 1, 2015, New Jersey Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared an increase in the quarterly dividend rate on the Company’s Common Stock from 22.5 cents per share to 24 cents per share, effective with the dividend payable on October 1, 2015, to the Company’s shareholders of record as of September 15, 2015.
