Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

SolarWindow Technologies, Inc., developer of see-through SolarWindow™ coatings capable of generating electricity on glass and flexible plastics, has announced that, as part of the company’s independently validated Power & Financial Model, the company’s engineers have also modeled that SolarWindow™ transparent electricity-generating coatings may offset approximately 30% of a 50-story building energy demands. The actual amount of energy offset may vary depending on, among other factors:

building footprint (street footprint),

building type,

 

·

geographic location,

 

·

climate zone,

 

·

energy demand, and

 

·

irradiance (amount of peak sun hours per day).
