On August 21, 2015, Brian Wuebbels, Executive Vice President, Chief Administration Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of SunEdison, Inc. (the “Company”), purchased 50,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on the open market. As filed earlier today on Form 4, Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership for the Company, Mr. Wuebbels beneficially owns 257,091 shares of the Company.
