Effective May 12, 2015, Jay A. Rossiter was appointed to the QLogic Corporation Board of Directors. The election of Mr. Rossiter was reported under Item 5.02 of the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Commission on May 14, 2015. The Company is filing this Form 8-K/A to report that on August 20, 2015 the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Rossiter to serve on the Compensation Committee, effective immediately.
